RECEPCIÓN EN EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALCOBENDAS.
RECEPTION IN THE ALCOBENDAS TOWN HALL.
El equipo de jóvenes talentos de Finlandia fueron recibido por el Alcalde de Alcobendas Don Ignacio García de Vinuesa y el concejal de deportes Don Fernando Martínez.
The Finland young talents team was received by the Mayor of Alcobendas, Mr. Ignacio Garcia de Vinuesa and the sports councilor Mr. Fernando Martínez.
El martes 19 de febrero, fueron recibidos por Don Ignacio García de Vinuesa y el Concejal de Deportes Don Fernando Martínez los jóvenes talentos de Taekwondo de Finlandia que se encuentran en Alcobendas con motivo de un intercambio cultural – deportivo con la Han kuk International School.
On Tuesday 19th of February, the Finnish young talents team that is in Alcobendas for a cultural and sports exchange program with the Hankuk International School, visited the Mayor of Alcobendas, Mr. Ignacio García and the sports Councilor Mr. Fernando Martínez.
Los jóvenes deportistas estuvieron acompañados por Suvi Mikkonen deportista olímpica de Finlandia y Jesús Ramal entrenador olímpico que estuvo explicando los objetivos de este tipo de intercambios y lo interesante para los jóvenes de nuestra localidad por las posibilidades de compartir diferencias culturales y además de practicar el idioma del ingles siendo este el lenguaje de comunicación entre los jóvenes de ambos países.
The young athletes were accompanied by Suvi Mikkonen, Finnish Olympic Athlete and Jesus Ramal, Olympic Coach who explained the goals of this type of exchanges and the benefits of this type of camps for our local young ones for the possibility of sharing different cultural experiences and to be able to practice english as this is the common language for both countries.
El alcalde Don Ignacio García estuvo hablando con ellos, preguntándoles por su estancia en Alcobendas, como lo estaban pasando y las diferencias culturales etc…
The Mayor, Mr. Ignacio García, talked to them and asked them about their stay in Alcobendas, how they were doing and about the cultural differences, etc.
Roosa Närhi le hizo entrega al alcalde de un polo del equipo de Budokwai Taekwondo de Turku y el Alcalde entrego a cada uno de los asistentes un presente como recuerdo de su estancia en Alcobendas.
Roosa Närhi gave a gift to the Mayor, a Polo shirt of their club Budokwai from Turku Finland, and the Mayor gave everyone a small present to remember their stay in Alcobendas.
Estos jóvenes deportistas están acogidos dentro del programa de la Han kuk International School llamado Taekwondo: Educación, cultura y deporte, además de realizar entrenamientos diarios con los deportistas de nuestra escuela, comparten estancia en las casas familiares conviviendo diariamente con los jóvenes de la localidad, aprendiendo las costumbres culturales, gastronomía española y ambos pueden practicar como lengua de comunicación el ingles tan importante en nuestros días.
These young athletes are participating in a program of the Hankuk International School called: TAEKWONDO: Education, culture and sport, apart from training everyday in our club, they are sharing experiences with the families whose houses they are staying in and with the local kids of the area, they are learning about our cultural customs, spanish food and everyone can practice their english which is extremely important now a days.
Durante la estancia han tenido un programa extenso de actividades, con entrenamientos en el CAR de Madrid junto al equipo nacional, entrenamientos con la selección madrileña de Taekwondo, participación en la liga Han kuk en las distintas modalidades, días de visita culturales a Madrid, asistencia al partido del Real Madrid en el Santiago Bernabeu, gozar de las piscinas de la localidad, etc…
During their stay, they have had a program full of activities; with trainings in the Madrid CAR (the Spanish National teams training center), trainings with the Madrid taekwondo regional team, participation in the Hankuk League tournament, cultural visits in Madrid, going to watch Real Madrid play in the Santiago Bernabeu, go to the local pool etc…
El próximo intercambio se realizara en Finlandia durante la semana santa, nuestros deportistas se acogerán al mismo modelo del programa de Taekwondo: Educación, cultura y deporte, las estancias se realizaran en Helsinki y Turku.
The next exchange will be held in Finland during the week of Easter, our athletes will participate in the same program, Taekwondo: Education, culture and sport, they will be in Helsinki and Turku.
